Dream

Since 2020 I am learning the work with dreams in a kabbalistic tradition at the
International Institute for Dreaming and Imagery. Here I am part of the team, as a certified
Dream Group Leader
and currently finishing my training as a Practitioner in Dreaming & Imagery. Dreaming is part of my daily life and flows through all my works.Sharing what I know about it, brings me true joy. On this site you’ll find a few information about this work with dreams and my offers.

Dreams come from the body

Through our body we are in the world. Every situation we experience is lived through our physical and sensual form. We feel, connect, move and create with it. Thereby the body is permeable like a membrane, forming a meeting point between inside and outside. As the world touches us from the outside, we resonate in response to it, in all kind of forms on the inside: emotions, feelings, thoughts, ideas, memories. From these shifts within, we create and go out again.

Dreams are mirrors to these constant movements of exchange. While our mind might be busy during the day and things pass by quickly, the body still listens and reflects back to us in its own universal language: the language of image and dreams.

Every night we dream, every night we receive. As the active part of the day settles and sleep sets in, we plunge deeply into the inner landscapes of our bodies. Here we are shown what we might have missed during the day.

Dreams make us experiencing fresh perspectives already available to us and take us on a journey to manifest them into a flourishing life. As we start walking this path, we might find abandoned spots, blocked places and lingering emotions, that need to be taken care of. We are called to look closely, connect, restore, experiment and play. At the same time, we will also stumble across unused potential, colorful surprises, places of wonder and the joy that’s already alive in us.

Kabbalah means to receive

Each night we dream. Each night we receive an offer. As we start to listen and respond, we begin to hear our truth and walk the path it is illuminating - each step blooming under our feet.

Artist
Project Dreaming

for professional artists & creatives

As an artist, I know the challenges and joys of moving through the creative process and its different phases: Artistic work can feel fragile at times, asking to be handled softly, so it can breath and unfold further. Sometimes more space for excitement, experiments or inspiration is needed. In other moments, it may need a final push or a bit more structure. Wherever you are in your process - creativity is a strong force and a delicate movement within.

Sometimes handling it all alone can become overwhelming and support is needed. Whether you feel stuck, are facing a challenge, want to organize your workflow and clarify your goals, move a creative spark a step forward into form, or simply need some exchange around your ideas – I’m here to support you.

In one-on-one sessions, I will listen and support you in the creative process of your project. We’ll work together with a combination of dreamwork, simple artistic writing and drawing practices, as well as somatic exercises - always responding to what is needed in the moment.

My goal is to meet you where you are, so the beauty at core of your work can come forward and shine bright.

A first 30min meeting is free, so I’ll get an idea about your project and we can see if working together feels like a good fit. After that, pricing depends on the scope of the project and the frequency of our sessions. Let’s talk about it.
